I believe it is very important for people to find the right celebrant for them.

I am happy for people to come and meet with me and talk about what they would like to do. Usually at such a meeting I talk through the legal obligations if a couple are getting married and show them the paper work involved. I provide peole with sample ceremonies and readings so that they can begin to think about what they would like to have for their own particular ceremony.

I am very happy for people to go away and think about whether they wish to proceed with a booking, or not.

If a couple wish to proceed then we arrange another meeting where we fill in legal paperwork ( if it is a wedding ). We then talk more thoroughly about what you want to have for your particular ceremony. I require $100 deposit to secure your booking with me and the balance can be paid to me on or before the ceremony takes place.

After I feel I have a good understanding of what people want for their ceremony I then sit down and write a first draft. I send this off to the couple to see if I am the right track.

Together we then work on the draft until the couple feel that the ceremony is exactly how they wish it to be.

I am very happy to offer a rehearsal if requested.
